Indibet Payments and Withdrawals

Use the Indibet cashier to check the INR payment methods, limits and instructions available to your account. UPI and NetBanking are among the India-focused routes, but the selected method's current conditions determine how a deposit or payout should be requested.

Before Making a Deposit

Use payment details in your own name. Check the minimum and maximum amount, any charge, the recipient instructions and whether the method qualifies for the promotion you intend to use. Do not assume that another customer's method or limit applies to you.

Complete the transaction through the route initiated in your account. Keep the UTR or other transaction reference until the payment is reflected in both your bank or wallet record and the Indibet transaction history.

Status What to check
Money sent, balance unchanged Payment reference, amount, recipient and account transaction history
Payment marked unsuccessful Whether the bank or wallet actually debited the payment
Withdrawal submitted Request reference and current review status
Withdrawal approved, credit missing Destination details and the payment status provided for the request

Do not send a second deposit solely because the first is still pending. A bank notification and a credited account balance are separate records.

Requesting a Withdrawal

Complete the identity checks requested for your account. Review payment ownership, any requirement to use a previous deposit route and outstanding bonus conditions. Enter destination details carefully before submitting the request.

The KYC requirements explain document preparation. The bonus terms explain why promotional funds and a withdrawable balance are not always the same thing.

Limits, Fees and Processing

Use the limits and charges displayed for the selected transaction. No single processing time applies to every payment method, verification case or bank. Submission, review, release and arrival at the destination can be separate stages.

For a currency conversion or a provider charge, read the terms presented by the relevant payment service before confirming. Do not assume that an INR account removes every possible external charge.

Incorrect or Unrecognised Payments

If you sent an incorrect amount, used the wrong destination or see a transaction you do not recognise, contact support promptly. Preserve the reference and timestamps. Do not share a full bank statement or complete card credentials in your first email; ask what evidence is required and where to submit it.

For a disputed payment, use Contact Us and keep the case reference. If the answer does not resolve the issue, follow the complaints process with a concise chronology and the records already supplied.
