Send a Useful First Message

Use the contact details associated with your account where possible. Describe one main problem, list the relevant dates and explain what you want investigated. Keep any case number so that follow-up messages can be connected to the original request.

For mobile problems, check the app troubleshooting instructions before sending a screenshot. For payment questions, compare your bank or wallet record with the account's transaction history and read the payment guidance.

Keep Sensitive Information Out of Email

Do not send your password, one-time code, card security code or a full unmasked card image. Hide unrelated personal information in screenshots. Submit identity documents only through the verification channel specified for your account.

Indibet support is not a reason to install remote-control software or transfer money to a private account to unlock a payout. If a message makes such a request, stop and raise the concern through the established contact route.

Complaints and Requests to Stop Gambling

If you are dissatisfied with a previous answer, explain that you are making a complaint and include the existing case reference. The complaints process sets out the records to prepare and the questions to ask about further review.

For gambling-related restrictions, use clear wording rather than a general account query. Read the self-exclusion request steps and ask for written confirmation of the action taken.

Response and resolution times depend on the issue and the information required. Sending duplicate requests through several channels can make a case harder to follow; retain the original reference and add relevant information to it.
