Read whether the offer is for new or existing customers, which deposit qualifies and whether activation or a code is required. Check the eligible payment methods and products. Registering, downloading the app or making a deposit does not automatically establish eligibility for every promotion.

Balance and Withdrawal
Keep the cash balance, promotional balance and wagering progress distinct. Do not treat a displayed bonus as an unconditional cash payment. Before requesting a withdrawal, review the consequence for any active offer and the payment conditions.
If you want to stop using a promotion, ask how cancellation affects the bonus and associated funds before confirming. This notice does not promise that every promotion can be cancelled without consequences.
Disputed Credit or Terms
Keep the offer name, the terms available when you accepted, the activation time and the qualifying transaction reference. Contact Indibet support with the condition you believe has been met and the result shown in the account.
If the matter remains unresolved, use the complaints route. Do not make additional deposits to resolve a disputed bonus or chase losses incurred while trying to complete wagering.
Promotional funds do not remove gambling risk. Read the responsible gambling guidance if an expiry deadline or reward encourages you to play beyond your planned limit.
